SW1 SLOANE CLUB purchases include courier costs
SW1 SLOANE CLUB will not be held responsible for collecting parcels at the Postnet, post office/courier. We only accept door delivery.

• South African orders are delivered via The Courier Guy.
• Please note all orders Turn Around Time is 1 – 3 working days before dispatch. Orders received on South African Holidays will not be processed until the following business day, if your order is placed over the weekend or after business trading hours (9am-6pm) it will be processed on the following business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
• You must have correct and completed addresses, including a company where applicable, and at the least one contact telephone number.
• To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9.00am- 5.00pm.

SW1 SLOANE CLUB will not be held responsible in the event that the customer does not ensure that someone is available to receive her parcel. For any delivery inquiries please contact us at info@sw1sloaneclub.com You will receive a response within 24 business hours.
